What color are my eyes?

Answer these questions:
1. Would you marry someone if they didn't know the color of your eyes?
2. What would you do if you had been married for 20 years and found out your partner doesn't know the color of your eyes?
What do you think? Is it important? What is the significance in it?

C makes a very good point. (More than you out in space know.) 1. I would hope that the person that I marry will know the color of my eyes. I won't be a deal breaker but could make me question the intimacies of our relationship. 2. I hate to use the old "in the daily life of a family you lose some of your mystery." In light of my current situation I would have to say that Yes it would bother me. (Now you know that I have no room to talk about relationships as I am the great sabotager.) I think that this entire comment should be taken with a grain of salt, cuz everyone knows I am nuts.-V

Would a man know the colour of your eyes after 20 years of marriage? For some reason that question exercises my brain! But the eyes are the first thing I notice about a person. But I recognise that other people notice other attributes first. And some don't even notice eyes. Aw hell, it's complex this human thing.

I have memorized all of my closest friends eyes because I look at them while we are talking. I don't understand how one could not memorize their partners eyes. It baffles and concerns me. What did you look at while you talked to them? Is it possible that a person could be "in love" with someone and never memorize their eyes? Could they forget over time because talking becomes so natural that you don't watch the person while they talk? In the old days did men really pay that close of attention to their women? Maybe it's normal?

I genuinly don't know what colour my eyes or "her indoors" eyes are, the mutants both have blue eyes though, which makes me wonder if "her idoors" is really the mother?

Why what color are "her indoors" eyes?

I know the colour of all my friend's eyes too - making eye contact when you're engaging with people is massively important, so like C, I would be seriously worried if my partner didn't know what colour mine were.

I have no idea???? I do have a rough idea HOW MANY she has if that helps. I could ask her, but that kind of question could open up a world of trouble for me, and looking her in the eyes could also turn nasty. just pick a colour, and we'll leave it at that. ;^)

I was trying to trick you Bulldog, to see if you really knew.

Thanks Newbie, I'm still not sure what to make of the whole thing. I really do think it's important also.

Should I be offended? These eyes have a lot of years left in them you know.
